"Projek Bursa Saham" is a project spearheaded by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Brunei Darussalam to establish the nation's first national Securities Exchange.
Bursa Brunei Darussalam (BNX) is building a regulated marketplace. It aims to connect people with opportunities to invest in companies, allowing our nation to grow together.
The securities exchange will offer company listings and public trading of stocks (equity), Sukuk, and other tradable assets.
Securities are financial instruments that hold value such as stocks and Sukuk certificates. An exchange is a regulated platform that you can buy and sell securities.

Money keeps working to fund businesses that create jobs and generate prosperity. It has the potential to build infrastructure, strengthen communities, and create a self-reliant economy that benefits everyone. Through this, the country hopes to create a self-sustaining cycle of investment and growth.

Companies gain access to the capital they need to fuel expansion and innovation. With this financial support, our companies can scale their operations, invest in technology, and develop the capacity to compete not just locally, but in regional and international markets.
BNX connects them directly to Bruneian capital, enabling expansion, job creation, and innovation that makes our businesses competitive regionally and globally.

BNX, BDCB, BCMA and the capital market participants aim to educate the public towards being financially literate.
The industry’s common goal is to ensure that Bruneians are equipped with the knowledge to make smarter financial decisions for themselves and future generations that results in meaningful economic growth.
Currently the exchange is NOT yet operational. BNX is NOT offering any investment services, and we do not accept funds from the public.
Any individual or group claiming to represent BNX, or offering investment opportunities in our name, is fraudulent. Please do not engage with them or provide any personal or financial information.
Always rely on our official channels for accurate updates. If you suspect suspicious activity, you may contact the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank to lodge a report.
